The Saw
Doctors to play Campbeltown on May 25th |
The Saw Doctors will play the Victoria Hall in Campbeltown
on May 25th as part of their May tour. Tickets costing
£20.00 are now available for the concert from today, March
17th at 9am from AP Taylors, Main Street Campbeltown and
on-line from The Booth at
www.thebooth.co.uk and from SeeTickets at
www.seetickets.com
The Saw Doctors are a folk-rock band from Tuam, County
Galway in the west of Ireland, named after the itinerant
craftsmen who once travelled from sawmill to sawmill
sharpening and repairing saws. The band boasts a fervent
following both at home and abroad and hold the record for
Ireland's highest-selling single ever. They have over the
years proved themselves a true "people's band" with their
reputation often spreading faster by word of mouth than
through official music promotional channels. To find

The concert will be produced by local events company J.I.G
Events and the Dunaverty Village Hall fundraising
committee. Doors will open at 8.00pm with Showtime of
9.00pm, with the support band still to be confirmed.
